Preserving fruits in jams is one of the best ways of enjoying their delicious flavour all year round. In summer there is an abundance of sweet, juicy berries and stone fruit which on adding sugar and a small amount of pectin produce wonderful jams that can be enjoyed at any time of the day - spread on toast, used as a filling or topping for cakes and biscuits or spooned over waffles or ice cream for a special dessert treat. As a result of extensive feedback from the Foodservice sector our Foodservice range of jams and marmalades do contain a small amount of pectin to ensure a consistent ‘set’ every time. NB: Our retail products do not contain this.
