TIPS & IDEAS

  • Try this new flavour in your Christmas mince tarts, mince pinwheels or mince turnovers.
  • Mix with stewed or tinned apple and spread thinly onto puff pastry. Place a second sheet on top, brush with beaten egg and bake until the pastry is golden. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
  • Try it in an apple strudel. Just spread thinly over your puff pastry before adding the apple.
