TIPS & IDEAS
- Thin with a little cider vinegar, add cayenne, salt and pepper and use to baste grilled chicken. Serve the remainder as a sauce.
- Delicious served simply on hot buttered toast – as are all our marmalades!
- Toast or grill thick slices of your favourite fruit bread until golden brown.
- Spread each slice with a generous spoonful of ricotta cheese and spread Anathoth Farm Breakfast Marmalade over the ricotta so that it is well covered.
