Falafel & Beetroot Wrap

INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 falafel (we used The Cool Gardener Falafel)
- 1 soft tortilla wrap
- garlic hummus
- fresh cos lettuce, chopped
- purple cabbage, shredded
- avocado, sliced
- cucumber, in ribbons
- Anathoth Farm Beetroot Chutney
- hemp hearts
- salt and pepper
METHOD
- Bake falafel as per box instructions.
- Spread a thick layer of hummus over one side of the tortilla wrap.
- Arrange lettuce, purple cabbage, avocado and cucumber ribbons on top of the hummus.
- Place cooked falafel on top with dollops of Beetroot Chutne, a sprinkle with hemp hearts and salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap and enjoy!
