    INGREDIENTS

    Smoothie:
    • ● 2 frozen bananas, chopped
    • ● ¼ cup milk
    • ● ¼ cup yoghurt
    • ● 2 tbsp cashew butter
    • ● Pinch cinnamon

    To serve:

    METHOD

    1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
    2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with toppings of choice. Serve immediately.
