Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
Smoothie:- ● 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- ● ¼ cup milk
- ● ¼ cup yoghurt
- ● 2 tbsp cashew butter
- ● Pinch cinnamon
To serve:
- ● ¼ cup Anathoth Farm Blueberry More Fruit Less Sugar
- ● 2 tbsp yoghurt
- ● ½ banana, sliced
- ● Handful cashews
- ● Handful fresh blueberries
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with toppings of choice. Serve immediately.
