SERVING SUGGESTION:
Blueberry Preserve Vinaigrette is delicious paired with a grilled chicken salad. Combine salad greens, grilled chicken tenderloins, thinly sliced red onion, crumbled feta and toasted pinenuts in a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over the top to serve. You can’t go wrong with a little fresh bread on the side either!

TIP:
Wholegrain mustard gives a nice flavour and texture to this vinaigrette, but you can use Dijon mustard instead if you prefer. Dijon has a bit more of a kick, so reduce quantity to 1 1/2 teaspoons.
