Frozen Red Berry Yoghurt

Trying to get your kids to eat more yoghurt has never been this much fun, and it’s just as much a treat for the grown-ups.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Place frozen yoghurt in a bowl. Add Rhubarb & Red Berry Jam (or your favourite flavour) and mix well to combine.
  2. Serve as is, or place back in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the ice cream to set.
