Frozen Red Berry Yoghurt

Trying to get your kids to eat more yoghurt has never been this much fun, and it’s just as much a treat for the grown-ups.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops frozen yoghurt of your choice, softened
- 2-3 Tbsps Anathoth Farm Rhubarb & Red Berry Jam
METHOD
- Place frozen yoghurt in a bowl. Add Rhubarb & Red Berry Jam (or your favourite flavour) and mix well to combine.
- Serve as is, or place back in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the ice cream to set.
