Ploughman’s Sandwich w/ Cauliflower Pickle

    A really good sandwich is a thing of beauty, and this Ploughman’s is so satisfying and delicious.

    I have used the new Cauliflower Pickle from Anathoth Farm which pairs perfectly with the ham and sharp cheddar cheese. So good!

    INGREDIENTS

    • Anathoth Farm Cauliflower Pickle
    • Thick cut ham
    • Salad greens, I like a mix including rocket
    • Pickled onions
    • Cornichons
    • Cheddar cheese
    • Bread, I love a seedy loaf
    • Spreadable butter

    METHOD

    1. Take two slices of bread and spread one side with Anathoth Farm Cauliflower Pickle and the other with butter
    2. On top of the Cauliflower Pickle, layer the ham, then the salad greens and cheddar cheese
    3. From here you can either add sliced pickled onions, and cornichons, and place a lid on your sandwich
    4. OR place the lid on the sandwich and serve with the pickled onions and cornichons on the side
