Plum Ham Glaze

If you wish, just use 1/4 cup of apple juice and include 1/4 cup of liquid honey – this combination is equally as delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Anathoth Farm Plum Jam
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp whole cloves
- ham on the bone
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 160°C.
- In a small saucepan, combine Plum Jam, apple juice, sugar and Dijon mustard together, and simmer for approximately 10 minutes until glaze thickens.
- Prepare your ham: Use whole cloves to stud fat diamonds over the surface of the ham, then baste with your plum glaze before and during the cooking process.
