Shipping Policy

Flat Delivery Fee

To keep things simple, we have a flat delivery fee of $10.00 per order (up to 16 kg) to one address within New Zealand. Orders between 16kg and 32kg will incurr an additional $10.00 fee.

Heavy Orders

If your order is over 32kg we’ll contact you to discuss your freight options.

Rural Delivery

If your order is to a rural delivery, there is an additional fee of $5.00.

Island Delivery

Additional freight charges apply as follows:
Chatham Islands – $25.00
Waiheke Island- $15.00

Delivery Time

We estimate a delivery time of 3-5 working days from the date your order is placed.

Post Office Boxes

Please make sure you provide a physical address as we are unable to deliver to a post office box.

Overseas Delivery

Anathoth Farm products can be shipped to most overseas customers. International freight costs will apply. Goods sent by us to an overseas address are exempt from GST.
