INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Prepare ham for glazing.
  2. Mix together Apricot Chutney, Sweet Chilli Relish and minced apricots, adding water (or orange juice) as necessary to form a spreadable texture to your liking.
  3. Brush glaze over ham, dot on cloves, and continue basting throughout the cooking process.
  4. Garnish with orange.
