Spicy Apricot Glaze

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Anathoth Farm Apricot Chutney
- 1/2 cup Anathoth Farm Sweet Chilli Relish
- 1/2 cup minced dried apricots
- water or orange juice
- cloves
- sliced orange to garnish
METHOD
- Prepare ham for glazing.
- Mix together Apricot Chutney, Sweet Chilli Relish and minced apricots, adding water (or orange juice) as necessary to form a spreadable texture to your liking.
- Brush glaze over ham, dot on cloves, and continue basting throughout the cooking process.
- Garnish with orange.
