Ham, Cheese, Tomato & Zucchini Pickle Toasties

Ham, cheese, juicy tomato, and our tangy Anathoth Farm Zucchini Pickle for that extra something. These toasties are simple, hearty, and just right for a cozy lunch or easy dinner.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Butter the bread on both sides.
  2. Heat a heavy based pan over a medium-low heat. Place the bread slices onto the pan and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Flip a slice of the bread and gently spoon the pickle across the surface. Add the cheese, ham and tomato.
  4. Flip the other slice of bread and place on top of the toastie.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes or until the bread is golden brown, before flipping and cooking the other side for 2 minutes.
  6. Cut and serve immediately.
