Mozzarella Mushrooms are a side dish that will go with almost any winter meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Anathoth Farm Farmstyle Pickle
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a baking tray with oil.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserve for other use.
  3. Place the mushrooms on tray. Fill mushrooms with Farmstyle Pickle and top with the grated cheese.
  4. Place in preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and cheese has melted.
  5. Season then serve!
