Mozzarella Mushrooms are a side dish that will go with almost any winter meal.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Anathoth Farm Farmstyle Pickle
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a baking tray with oil.
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserve for other use.
- Place the mushrooms on tray. Fill mushrooms with Farmstyle Pickle and top with the grated cheese.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and cheese has melted.
- Season then serve!
